Has anybody else encountered this problem? Frontier website is always slow to me and often gives me an error msg when I try to login to see my ff miles.

I'm not saying that it is an upgrade, only a change. Frontier Airlines is in the process of converting to the SABRE system. I believe the Early Returns program is being converted earlier that reservations and the rest of the company. You may even experience system downtown over the next week or so.

Sorry for the delay. It should get better soon.

I got this email from F9, which may help you out...I was having the same problems too which were very frustrating...

"The EarlyReturns Customer Service Center will be closed and the web pages will be down
from 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 10th - Sunday, September 12th
