CUN-DEN, border preclearance?

No, they don't have preclearance in CUN for bounds to USA yet. You will have to require to clearance at Customs & Immigrations in DEN. I think CUN will have to started constructions new US preclearance facilities. It will be much easier way to do reductions wait time at Immigrations in DEN. You won't cause any problems while you are flying into DEN process to Immigrations & Customs.
