Introduction: Wiley Publishing, Inc, (“Frommers.com) (“Sweepstakes Sponsor”) is offering this promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) open to frommers.com users only. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old. Wiley Publishing, Inc., Frommers.com, ePrize, the prize sponsor, and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning in this particular drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), March 1, 2006, and ends at 11:50 p.m. ET, March 31, 2006, (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter: Go to www.frommers.com/register and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
For all entries: LIMIT: one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received online during the Promotion Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sweepstakes Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sweepstakes Sponsor. Sweepstakes Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Drawings: Prize Drawing: The Prize Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about April 8, 2006. All drawings will be conducted on Sweepstakes Sponsor’s behalf by ePrize, an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winners must sign and return to Sweepstakes Sponsor, within ten (10) business days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three days (72 hours) after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.
If a potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by mail or telephone in order to win the prize.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant. The prize for which an entrant is eligible for entering through Frommers.com is a vacation package including Round trip air for two (2) from the closest major gateway to Rome, Italy. Winner and companion will receive a four (4) day air-inclusive vacation for two to Rome, Italy, including a half day sightseeing, the assistance of a Local Host, daily buffet breakfast, airport transfers and accommodations in a premier class hotel. Arrive in Rome where you will spend four glorious days exploring the “Eternal City”. Half day guided sightseeing includes St. Peter’s Square and Basilica, Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel and the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Winner and companion will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Via Condotti and discover Rome’s hidden treasures.
The ARV of the grand prize is $3,400.
