Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the continental United States, who are at least 16 years of age at time of entry. VOID IN HAWAII, ALASKA AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
To Enter: The Contest will be posted on MTV.com (the "Web Site"), a web site owned and controlled by MTV Networks, starting at or around 12:00 a.m. (EST) on July 13, 2005 and ending at or around 12:00 a.m. (EST) on September 8, 2005. Participants must complete all required fields on the online contest entry form and submit such entry form in accordance with the online instructions. Entries submitted in accordance with those Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Eligible Entries." From the Eligible Entries, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and 1 (one) guest ("Guest") between an airport of MTVN's choice near Grand Prize Winner's residence and Las Vegas, NV (if winner lives within 150 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, ground transportation will be substituted for air transportation); (b) double occupancy hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest for two (2) nights in Las Vegas (meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included); (c) roundtrip ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to and from the hotel; (d) a $1500 shopping spree at American Eagle Outfitters; and (e) $1000 spending money for Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, then the Grand Prize Winner's parent or legal guardian must be Grand Prize Winner's Guest and will be required to travel with the Grand Prize winner on the trip,. The tentative dates for the Grand Prize fulfillment will be between September 15- December 31, 2005 and are subject to change in MTVN's sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is not available to travel on the dates specified by MTVN in its sole discretion, then all privileges as Grand Prize Winner will immediately be terminated. The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,700.
