GRAND PRIZES (2):There will be two (2) Grand Prizes each consisting of one (1) trip to Europe for four (4) people (namely, the Winner and three (3) guests) and one (1) year of free St-Hubert meals.

Each Grand Prize has a value of approximately sixteen thousand five hundred dollars ($16,500 CAD) and is comprised of the two following elements:

- The “Trip”, namely four (4) economy class return tickets on any flight operated by Air Canada (including Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge) from the airport closest to the Winner’s city and where Air Canada operates, to a major airport in Europe where Air Canada operates,

- six (6) nights in a 3-star rating or higher hotel selected by Air Canada at its sole discretion, in a family room (quadruple occupancy),

- one (1) prepaid VISA credit card of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500 CAD) and

- four (4) Air Canada back packs containing travel essentials.

The approximative value of the Trip is thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000 CAD).

The Trip must be booked and completed at the latest by December 13, 2023

ST HUBERTS “St Fans – Air Canada to Europe” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: In order to be eligible to enter the Contest, a person must meet the following criteria at the time of his or her Entry into the Contest: he or she is a legal resident of Canada and has reached the legal age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence (a “Participant” or, collectively, the “Participants”).

How To Enter: This section is less complicated than it looks…

There are two ways of obtaining a Unique Participation Code, which must then be used to enter the Contest online, on the website: www.contest.st-hubert.com (the “Contest Website”).

A. OBTAINING A UNIQUE PARTICIPATION CODE

i. By purchasing an Admissible St-Hubert Meal During the Contest Period, the Participant must obtain a “Contest Card” displaying a “Unique Participation Code”, in one of the “Participating St-Hubert Rotisseries” by purchasing an “Admissible StHubert Meal”. The list of Participating St-Hubert Rotisseries is available in Schedule A to the Rules. The list of Admissible St-Hubert Meals is available in Schedule B to the Rules. The Admissible St-Hubert Meal may be ordered on the premises, at the take-out counter or by placing an order for delivery with a Participating St-Hubert Rotisserie. The Participant will receive a Contest Card at the same time as the bill issued for the Admissible St-Hubert Meal. The Participant will receive one (1) Contest Card for each Admissible St-Hubert Meal purchased. For example, a Participant having purchased four (4) Admissible StHubert Meals will receive four (4) Contest Cards. The Participant can then visit the Contest Website to enter the Contest.

ii. By sending a text to the Organizer During the Contest Period, in order to obtain a Unique Participation Code, a Participant may also write to [email protected] by email. The Participant must explain, in 300 words, his or her interest in the Contest and the Organizer. The submitted text must be original (not copied) and must not violate any applicable laws, including any applicable intellectual property laws. Once the Participant’s request is received and analyzed, a Unique Participation Code will be sent to the Participant, by email, by the Organizer. The Participant can then visit the Contest Website to enter the Contest.

B. SIGNING UP

Once the Participant has obtained a Unique Participation Code, the Participant will then need to complete the following steps in order to sign up for the Contest:

i. The Participant must visit the Contest Website: www.contest.st-hubert.com ;

ii. The Participant must enter the Unique Participation Code. A maximum of five (5) Unique Participation Codes may be entered during a single Day (a “Day” being a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours).

iii. The Participant must fill in all mandatory fields of the participation form by providing his or her email address, first name and last name, date of birth and postal code. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with these Rules and with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

iv. By entering the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, nor is associated with Aeroplan Inc., Air Canada, or any of their subsidiaries and affiliates, and that the Organizer is fully responsible for the conduct and administration of the Contest, including the selection of winners and the distribution of prizes.

Entry Limit: Once the Participant clicks on the “next” button in the participation form, he or she immediately obtains one “Entry” for the Grand Prizes draw per Unique Participation Code entered.

There is a maximum of five (5) Entries per Day per Participant. Each Entry gives one (1) chance of winning one of the Grand Prizes. For example, if the Participant entered the maximum allowed number of five (5) Unique Participation Codes per Day, he or she obtains five (5) chances of winning one of the two the Grand Prizes.

Winner Selection: On March 7, 2022, at the offices of the marketing agency Cri Communication Inc., doing business as Cri Agence, located at 85 St-Paul St., Suite 120, Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 3V4, at around 14h00 ET, there will be a draw which will consist of selecting two (2) Entries at random from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period for the Grand Prize.

Winner Notification: The Organizer will contact the Participants who were selected during the Grand Prize draw within the twenty-four (24) hours following the draw, by email, at the email address provided at the time of their participation.

Contest Starts On: Tuesday, 4 January 2022

Contest Ends On: Thursday, 3 March 2022
