GRAND PRIZE (1):Grand prize will consist of the following:
Attendance by the winner and a guest of the winner at Shaq’s Fun House 2022, scheduled on February 11, 2022, at The Shrine in Los Angeles, CA.
The guest of the winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older on the day of the Event, fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as approved or authorized for use in the United States and shall not have tested positive for COVID-19 at any time following January 5, 2022. Participation at the Event by the guest of the winner is conditioned upon execution of full releases as provided by the Sponsor or its representative.
- The winner and the guest of the winner will be flown economy class from, and returned to, the winner’s state of legal residence. The winner and his, her or their guest must follow the same flight itinerary.
- The winner and the guest of the winner will be provided with: (1) one standard double room at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA on February 11, 2022, for one (1) night;
- two (2) VIP tickets (one (1) VIP ticket for the winner and one (1) VIP ticket for the guest of winner) to the Event;
- ten thousand United States dollars’ ($10,000 USD) worth of Bitcoin; and
- a meet and greet with Shaquille O’Neal at the Event.
Estimated fair market value of the Grand Prize: fourteen thousand five hundred United States dollars ($14,500 USD).

Eligibility: Subject to the conditions noted below, the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia other than Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York and Rhode Island (and other than United States territories and possessions) who:
(1) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry;
(2) have a valid e-mail address and internet access prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period;
(3) are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as that term is understood by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention); and
(4) have not been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude and are not currently subject to an arrest warrant.

Complete the entry form in full, including your name and all other information required on the entry form, and transmit the form as provided in the instructions included with it. After submitting the required information on the entry form, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Limit: Limit: one Sweepstakes entry per person.
Winner Selection: The Grand Prize winner will be selected based on a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about January 26, 2022.
Winner Notification: The persons so selected, as the potential winner, will be notified by e-mail or other means, using the contact information provided.
