ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize includes:
A trip for two (2), winner and one (1) guest, to the Rolex 24 At Daytona in January of 2021. Prize package will include:

• Round-trip, coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport within the 48 contiguous US;
• Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice; and
• Two (2) tickets for the Rolex 24.

A “Share of Garage” package to include new MICHELIN passenger or light truck tires and/or select MICHELIN motorcycle, UTV, and bicycle tires up to a maximum retail value of $3,000. Tires are subject to availability. Tires order must be redeemed by 12/31/21. ; and One (1) CTech Bristol or Knoxville garage cabinets package (winner’s choice).

The ARV of Grand Prize: $26,000

I don't know how they can say this is worth $26,000. Isn't that $20K + overvalued? They won't know now if the race will even be open to the public then.
