Eligibility: Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
How To Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period go to www.twitter.com, (“Twitter Site”) and
(1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password, then become a follower of @USA_Network by searching for @USA_Network clicking on the @USA_Network icon and then clicking the "Follow" button or
(2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a free Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter Site and follow @USA_Network as indicated in (1) above.
Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account.
Once you become a follower of @USA_Network, follow and look for tweets that contain a message to enter for a chance to win.
Click on the link and follow the instructions to enter for a chance to win. If you do not complete the steps necessary to complete your entry (“Entry”), your Entry into the Sweepstakes may not be valid.
Entry Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a (“Guest”) to one (1) location from among the following cities: Atlanta, Georgia; New York, New York; Washington D.C.; Los Angeles, California; The Hamptons, New York (“Destination”).
Winner will select one (1) city from the locations, to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
Trip includes:
- Round-trip, coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to the selected city, from the major airport nearest to the Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) to the airport in the nearest to the selected Destination (“Destination Airport”), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion;
- Ground transportation from Destination Airport to Hotel, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion;
- Standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (two (2) rooms) at a hotel, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Hotel”).
Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
NOTE: TRIP MUST BE TAKEN BY June 6, 2015. WINNER AND GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO DEPART FROM AND RETURN ON DATES AND TIMES AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, OR WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND, TIME PERMITTING, AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER MAY BE SELECTED FROM AMONG THE REMAINING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION.

Winner Selection and Notification: On or about December 4, 2014, one (1) potential winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsors from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winners via direct message to each potential Winner’s Twitter account in order to obtain potential Winner’s mailing addresses.
