Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is offered only in the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), and is open only to natural persons who, at the time of Entry: (i) are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) have pre-existing internet access, and (iii) are 21 years of age or older.

Entry Limit: Only one (1) Entry per person. When you complete your Entry, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails from Sponsor and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such emails is optional, is not required in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, and does not improve your chances of winning.

Crystal Cruises: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a fourteen (14) day cruise for two (2) in a penthouse cabin (double occupancy) aboard Crystal Symphony sailing from Bali, Indonesia to Singapore. The cruise departs on December 7, 2014 and visits the ports of Bali, Indonesia (overnight); Semarang, Indonesia (overnight); Jakarta, Indonesia; Malacca City, Malaysia; Phuket, Thailand; Penang, Malaysia; Kuala Lampur/Port Kelang, Malaysia (overnight); Singapore (overnight). All-inclusive cruise will include complimentary fine wines and premium spirits as well as gratuities for housekeeping, bar, and dining. Cruise must be booked by July 1, 2014. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is USD $19,550. Prize does not include port, security and handling charges of USD $340 per person. Air is not provided by Crystal Cruises. A valid passport, and visas for Indonesia and Cambodia, is required for travel. The prize is non-transferable. Should the winner not be available to sail December 7, 2014, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value awarded at the sole discretion of Presenter, Crystal Cruises. Prize substitution will require the winner to be responsible for additional port, security and handling charges. Prize substitution will not include air. Prize substitution must be confirmed 60 days in advance of sailing and is subject to availability. Prize substitution is non-transferable, awarded at the sole discretion of Presenter, Crystal Cruises, and is subject to availability. All itineraries, fares, programs and policies are subject to change. Fuel surcharges may be added at any time to defray fuel cost increases, even if the fare has been paid in full. All offers may not be combinable with other promotions, are capacity controlled and are subject to availability. Etihad Airways: The air portion of the Grand Prize package includes two Pearl Business Class tickets on services operated by Etihad Airways from any of its U.S. gateway cities (currently New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD) and Washington DC (IAD) to Jakarta, Indonesia subject to availability, and two Pearl Business Class tickets on services operated by Etihad Airways from Singapore to any of its U.S. gateway cities currently New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD) and Washington DC (IAD). These tickets will be valid for travel from December 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is USD $15,500. Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. As with all tickets, arrangements and confirmations are subject to availability and space is capacity controlled. However, Etihad Airways will make every effort to accommodate the winner’s request. The prize winner and chosen companion must travel together and neither is entitled to frequent flyer mileage or limousine transfers. The prize has no cash value and cannot be sold. In the instance of a prize substitution, air will not be provided.
The prize package has a total ARV of $35,050.00 USD.
Winner Selection and Notification: On or about April 21, 2014, the Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor. The potential winners will be notified by phone and/or certified mail.
