Question

Would the taxicabs accomodate 4 passengers, plus their luggage?

Would you choose a taxicab or the shuttle for 4 persons, round-trip from CDG to the Louve area?

Thanks in advance!

4 pax are fine.
"Their luggage" can be anything from 2 rollaboards to 4 grand pianos. As a guide, the Peugeot 406 until very recently was the most popular taxi model in France if not in Europe, and its luggage compartment can hold 428 litres of stuff.

For a taxi, there will be a supplement charged for the 4th person (around 3 euros, I think). With 4 people and baggage you would need a minivan type of taxi such as an Espace. Otherwise, I think someone in another thread mentioned a good experience with a shuttle company for about 60 euros. It may be easier in your case to simply take a shuttle rather than take your chances on an appropriate-sized taxi being available.
