There are 3 of us (families) looking to buy an apartment in Paris. We are looking for 3 more families or individuals who are interested in creating a timeshare out of an apartment. There is good legal precedence in the US for that. We have a business plan and will gladly share it with anybody interested. It is not for rental, it is for us to use 2 weeks each individual/family per season with 4 weeks to share.
