I am trying to adviise some friends - 2 moms, three daughters - on their weeklong trip to Paris in November - safety and being central key concern for them, as well as keeping costs down - any rec's for package vs. a la carte travel, and any inside tips on travel agents who might specialize in this kind of family stuff?
