Need help with hotel selection
I will be arriving at CDG on June 22nd at 19:20. This will be my first trip to Paris. I will be taking a train to Milan on June 25th from the Paris-Bercy station.
I am looking for suggestions for hotel selection in the $100-$150 USD range near the train station. My second question is what would be the best way to get to the hotel from CDG.

There are 3 hotels that are a short walk ( 2-3 minute walk) from the Paris-Bercy train station:

The Novotel was remodeled recently.
They are all located on at the Bercy metro stop which has access to the line 14 and the line 6.
Other hotels would be further afield and would require a metro ride.
To get to the hotel you could either take the RER (light rail) from CDG to Chatelet and then transfer to line 14 direction biblioteque and get off at Bercy (7.85 euros per person). Or you could take the Air France bus to Gare de Lyon (12 euros) and either transfer onto a bus or onto the Line 14. Either way it is one stop away from Bercy. You could also walk for about 10 minutes from the bus to the hotels.

Perhaps you mean Paris Gare de Lyon station? I've never heard of a train to Milan from Paris-Bercy station (Bercy is metro station).
In that case, to get there you can i) follow MorganB's suggestion of the AF bus to Gare de Lyon, or ii) take RER B from CDG to Chatelet/Les Halles, then transfer to RER A eastbound for one stop to Gare de Lyon. Prices, as he helpfully indicated, would be 12 and 7.85 euros, respectively.
