LAS-CDG and CDG-ZAG

LAS-CDG and CDG-ZAG
We (2x US Citizens) are currently booked on Virgin Atlantic award flights from LAS to CDG, then (due to multiple cancellations and schedule changes) CDG-ZAG via Croatia Airlines. Any ideas how to handle our checked luggage at CDG so we can take it with us to Croatia?

You'll need yo provide more details about the different legs of LAS-CDG. But if it is on ST airline, you cannot count on the bags being checked through on OU on separate tickets. And when is your flight ? If soon, I'm afraid no luck. If in some months, there's still hopes...

Return is ZAG-LHR on Croatia Air, then LHR-JFK-LAS on Virgin; separate reservations
