Paris Hotel Recommendation
Hi all - Mrs_dergon and I will be heading to Paris for a few nights in October on the back end of a conference in Burgundy.
I'm looking for a hotel recommendation. The last 2 times we've stayed at the Hotel Westminster Opera. It was just fine and in a pinch I can do that again, but I thought I'd look to you FTers to broaden my horizons. (The two previous Paris trip before that we were at the Villa Pantheon circa 2005 and 2007 but on the second time I felt it was going down hill and don't have much interest in giving that one another go).
I'd like something in the $300-400/night USD range.
Central location with nice walking out the front door and relatively short distance to the Metro important.
Prefer larger more modern rooms (don't we all).
Thanks in advance for your comments in yet-another Paris hotel thread.
