french schools for adults

Has anyone been to the Institut de Francais in Villefranche and stayed in their 2 bedroom apartment or Millefeuille Provence which is a smaller school about 3 hours from Nice? I am leaving in March for 2 months and need some advise.

Wish I could say I've done the exact same thing but I can't. This should be a wonderful experience.

Do you have to go to Nice? Alliance Francaise in the 6eme in Paris is very good. They have intensive and less intensive courses based on how much time/day you have to devote to study.
