Connection Time in CDG
My parents is flying from TPE to VLC via CDG. They're flying BR (TPE-CDG) connecting to UX (CDG-VLC), and then backward for the returning trip. The connection time in CDG is 2 hours, but UX said their luggage cannot be checked to the final destination and have to be checked out then in in CDG. They also have to change terminal in CDG (BR is in T1 and UX in T2D).
They're arriving CDG on BR87 at 7:45am, connecting to UX1006 at 10:05am. On the returning trip they're arriving CDG on UX1005 at 9:15am, connecting to BR88 at 11:20am.
Will 2 hours be enough for the connection? Thanks!

I have never had to do that connection but a few pointers:
Luggage delivery in Paris is totally hit or miss; I arrived last week in T1 with Continental and it took about 30 minutes to clear immigration, get my luggage and out the door; Last year the same exact process took almost 1 1/2 hours due to a line in immigration and then some kind of strike at luggage delivery CDG and Orly.
I would ask EVA airlines to please please please check the luggage through; otherwise I hope your parents have a back up plan.
Even if they are flying business/first and are first off the plane and first to get their luggage it is really really cutting it close.
You can look at the AF forum and read through all the CDG connection threads; once you passed customs, you take a tram to terminal 2 and then its a whole other process of checking in and going through immigration and security again.
