FC to (re)start HEL-NRK in autumn
Interestingly, Finncomm will start (or rather resume as this route was operated by QI for around a year) HEL-NRK on 31st August. The schedule is once per day, apart from Saturdays. Flights are codeshared by AY, but are not solely operated for AY (like the TLL flights for example) - they also carry a FC flight number and el cheapo tickets can be booked at fc.fi.
I guess there was substantial demand when QI was flying to route for feeders to the AY Asian network, but the CRJ-200 (and Danish crew!) just wasn't too cost-effective to keep the route flying.
Let's see how this route survives.
