Problems with 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
Anyone else having this issue? All of a sudden I am not receiving 2FA texts, so I cant log in.

I have seen this issue in the past. Had to contact CS to disable 2FA.

I also have this issue with a US number. I wonder if it could be a regional thing?

Consider using authenticator app instead of SMS.

I experience this issue on some browsers. So often if I swap browsers for my login attempt and 2FA works OK.

Anyone else noticed problems with 2FA over SMS on their account?
Request 2FA by SMS but it doesn't arrive. Advice from Finnair is login to your account and change to email. But I can't login to my account!
I'm on chat now; waiting 50 minutes. The Bot says waiting time is several hours. Does this sound normal? Or has anyone got any suggestions of another way to resolve it? |
Yeah, it's absolute crap. You should use an OTP instead.

As a data point, I got an agent after 1 hour 45 minutes so not as bad as several hours! The agent was helpful but you wouldn't want to be trying to get anything fixed urgently

Now my codes from authenticator app are not valid.

According to Finnair site, authentication by text/SMS will be discontinued. No date given but my experience after approximately 12 attempts was that it appears to be no longer supported.
My difficulty was that in order to change to email or an authenticator app, I. needed to manage settings by signing into my account. To sign into my account I needed an authenticator code, which I couldn't get! After a lengthy wait on chat an agent was able to reset my profile and after going through a number of security questions my Login is now seamless. Much easier than before |

Login via the browser works with email 2FA. Anybody an idea? |

For now I solved the problem by switch 2FA completly off. And the App work as it used to. |
