Cannot add API
Cannot add API - advance passenger information. It always gives a generic error. Have tried so many iterations of capitalizing my name, leaving out non required fields, trying different browsers, etc. Anyone else with this problem or any insight?
What should I do if I can't add it, is it required? I'm flying from the US to Hungary if it matters. I'm trying to ask support but they're always backed up.

Thanks for the reply. The chatbot just directs me to the manage booking page which doesn't work... Maybe I'm not using the right keywords with it but I've sure tried a lot. I think this might unfortunately be my last time flying with Finnair, far from the only glitch I've experienced 😥

Sorry to hear that, hopefully the rest of your experience s much better. The only thing I can think of at this point is that if you have any special (accented, etc.) characters in your name is to use a non accented character (look at the bottom of the picture page of your passport to see how it is there) in their place.

I tried to do that with the bot in January. It thought I wanted to change my Finnair Plus account name. Asked in the end "Do you still want to change your Finnair plus name" I said "No". "Well have a nice day then!" and chat ended. Could not direct me to a human. Because it wanted first to try to help me, but when it couldn't that was it. Had to call them. No matter how I tried to tell it what I wanted to do it always ended up with the name change.

They know you want meat and dont want to travel vomitting veggie, so they read it as interpreted

Or refrain from "seafood," YAGH.... Suppose the only alternate to/from LHR or AMS should only be bananasl, instead of the yachy shrimps or herring "delights"!
