Process arriving OSL via HEL on AY

I'm booked to fly LAX-HEL-OSL. I know I'll clear immigration at HEL. Thus curious what happens at OSL upon arrival.

Everyone is tested on arrival in Norway. You must also fill a PLF before arrival.
