I’m starting preparations for landing as my ten-year-long flight with Finnair comes to an end this month. As of May I will start a new challenge in a completely different industry. Before that happens I wanted to drop by here and say thank you. It’s been great to interact here on the forum, get to know some of you personally and receive the (sometimes tough) feedback. Ela will continue to represent AY Plus here. The new Head of Loyalty has been appointed and he also promised to say hello.
As I’m starting to strategize how to gain status, I will probably stay around (under a different handle) and keep listening intently.
Enjoy the summer with hopefully many flights onboard AY.

Just booked first intercontinental flight (AY/BA) in what seems like an eternity. (Flight at the end of November, let's see how this plays out...)

Thanks K for bringing AY Plus team and AY FlyerTalkers closer to each other and keeping good contact on between FT and AY Plus.
Not to forget that this approach flying customers was and is something unique here in FT too.
I've been saying for years that AY FT (idiot and non-idiot) group would need female participants, and of course especially funny and laughing ladies, so If You K decide to hunt for AY status or for points, You must join us.

Thank you for your dedication. Best wishes to you in your next adventure. You really helped make my AY Plus experience epic. I am definitely not done flying yet and am looking forward to AY long haul again in the future. Maybe I will see you on a flight or catch up with you in a lounge someday.
