So. I got through the boarding process, and even as I told the finnair agent I'm just gonna be in transit in Delhi, she wanted to see the visa. Crazy.
I got two copies of the return boarding pass with me.
And I bumped für a mere 240€ into Business. Booking class J, by the way 😁

That upgrade really was a bargain, I would probably have taken it, too. However, I don't think you'll actually get J class points for it. But anything is possible, so please let us know the outcome.
Have a safe connecting flight out of DEL to your final destination!

Thanks for the flowers, and yes, the transfer was really quick. DT were the magic letters now scribbled on my BP.
Nobody really cared at the transfer desk, but I suggest not printing DT by yourself on the BP, as the agent wrote down my name and passport on one of the ever existing paper slips...

Again at Terminal 3, again the red eye MR.
But the transfer desk agent got used to the mileage runners, he even asked whether it's for mileage
😁
Transit is smooth.

Wow, that's an improvement! When I told the transfer agent I was flying to get miles and requalifly for Plat, he looked at me as if I had said I had just come from the Moon.

Border Patrol? The airlines have to send the data in a flat file to the BoI so the agent probably took down the info quickly in his phone for later use.
