Again I hate so much the new log-in where you need to request a pin code and then, entering that pin code, the website jams and goes nowhere. I keep refreshing the page or typing in another finnair page to get somewhere and then it enters me as logged in on first, sometimes second or third refreshal.
Annoying. What else. |

I use the standard IETF TOTP 2-FA for Finnair.com, with my mobile phone as code generator. It's been working fine for me.
And considering the value my award points balance, I feel better with 2FA than without. |

Interesting... AY managed to charge 10k points from my account for someone else's SH upgrade. :rolleyes: Called the CS to fix it and the only explanation they offered was that our FF numbers start with the same two numbers and end with the same number. Too bad for the guy that I noticed this, almost a free upgrade for him. :D

Oh it is always so awkward when customer service starts to use imagination to explain errors. Unprofessional. And they do that often in Finnair. They just should apologize their mistake and offer compensation if it is a significant mistake.

I actually like the Finnair app quite a lot. But since summer there has been a bug that the flights and points table show the flights in whatever order. Used to be arranged by date. I reported this twice but seems Finnair IT finds this a very difficult problem to solve since it has been around now about 3 moths. First it was only androind version. Now it is both iphone and android versions.
