Had some Internal Server Error with old website early today, but now it works decently again. Still don't like the new design on a PC screen, too wide. It gives the feeling of a mobile site, but on PC.

Getting the same for a J class booking, although AY metal. But that's another missing IF for you!

That was however my smallest problem, as the AY website keeps crashing my laptop's Chrome browser and this time the booking wouldn't go through on the app either. Finally had to bring good old Microsoft Edge to the rescue to give Finnair my money! I was not tricked by the online check-in to buy lounge access though. It would seem reasonable not trying to sell people services they already get.

I lost count how many times AY website tried to sell me an upgrade when I had a confirmed business class booking. It's just too difficult to get it right...

The new Finnair website is the stupidest I have ever seen by any airline.
Can anyone help me out where the hell i can check award availability and book award flight. I am unable to find it.
Also, where did they lose 3 days before and after pricing, that was very comfortable before. Really, has someone lost their mind, who approved such disastrous UI?
