It is indeed a glitch, especially as couple week ago even the general aviation got evicted from HEM and there is now NOTAM announcing "RWY18/36 CLSD".
I recall few years ago I also spotted little more complex FR24 glitch of similar fashion as I saw some AY Paris flight listed as LBG-HEM, so not just one but two airports that no longer host regular commercial traffic!

Today’s AY 10 diverting to HEM?
Got this interesting notice from Flighty.
Didn’t really look at AFD to see if an A350 could fit… though landing tends to be easier than taking off! My plans changed so I won’t be flying today. But everyone enjoys some Holiday mischief…. Unless it’s a 30 day quarantine

This is very common bug with AY6 and apparently now AY10 showing up as diverting to HEM, there's an existing thread about it but can't find it right now.

Infact, they are not diacritic marks on top of regular letters, they are letters themselves and present in normal 8-bit ascii. So if you are on a PC if think you can get them by holding alt-key and type the ascii-code (197, 196 and 214 respectively) on the numerical keypad
and then release alt-key.
