Flying on JAL code share - seat selection

Is there a way I can change my seat flying from Narita to HEL on Thursday and would like a window seat in business.

If you know the Finnair/Amadeus PNR, you can select your seat in Finnair MMB. Else you can try to call the Finnair customer service.
