I aim for the 5.30 opening ceremony on 25th. I am traveling with a self-proclaimed non-idiot so I am not planning to socialize with other idiots, but might say hi if I recognize one. Finnair whatsapp confirmed that the salad service starts 5.30 sharp.

Now that the lounges are starting to be open in EU. It would be fun to hear where FT’ers are and meet @hel or other lounges in Europe! Who starts?

I'm sure the regulars will chime in soon, I am spending way more time in the AF/KLM lounges these days but I do try to spread myself at salad bars all over the world 😂 I was expecting a bigger crowd tomorrow but I guess people have forgotten how to be idiots after such long closures

I just returned from BER. Their lounge was open. Not very good but still something, hot food & good cherry cake. I'll visit HEL lounge 31AUG.

I visited BER lounge two weeks ago. There was no wine or bubbles visible but you could get some serviced in your table if you asked from the dragons!

So is anyone "on duty" @ the hel Schengen lounge now? 😂😂

On my way now, it will be tight with a boarding time of 2300 or so 🤦😳

Looks very tight schedule

Hopefully you will be able to find some time to entertain us with pictures of all "veg" and "salad" offerings.
