No BKK-HKG service since 2005 when HKG became non stop 
Yes they had MD11 till 2010.
HKG gets A343 most of the times with angled lie flats in J, the newest A333s with flat beds serve HKG very rarely. More flat bed seats will be installed next year.

Thanks so no flat beds available on this route? Which type of slanted beds? The old VS or other?

No old VS seats anymore. They have two ex-AF A343s, their J seats looks rather similar to AY old ones. The ex-AF planes will keep the old J seats.
So far 4 x 333 has the new flat bed seats, similar to SWISS. The HKG route will see more of these next year. Cabin views, many individual seats available:

But for the AF planes, are those actual AF seats or they are AY seats? the AF seats are the worst in the market IMO.

OH-LQF and OH-LQG are the ex-AF planes, came into AY fleet late 2010/early 2011.

However, the ex-VS bird will become undesirable in biz class next year since just recently AY announced that they won't put new full-flat seats into that one since it will be among the first ones to go (with ex-AF birds) once they get the 350s. But right now only geeks will notice the difference.
