Ovation categories - how often change?
Historically, how often have hotels changed ovation category? Like, a property moving from collection A to B. I am considering getting some collection B certs now for travel next year. Ideally categories never change so I can be sure the hotel I have in mind will still be B next year. But would like to hear the reality from the veterans.
