Research Study Regarding Miles and Points
Hello!
I am currently undertaking my MSc in Air Transport Management, and I would love to hear some feedback from the FlyerTalk community, as you are all experts on loyalty schemes and point redemption. I am specifically looking at the impact of new technologies and the impact on frequent flyers.
If you have 5 minutes to spare, I have an online anonymous survey online that I would really love to hear your opinions on.
