I plan a year or more ahead for all travel. By the time I saw this years conference my October was booked. Can anyone advise when NEXT years conference date will be determined and posted? My 2015 schedule is already booking up and I would love to attend this.

Looking for a room/bed at the Seminar

I'm coming to the Chicago Seminar and am looking for a place to stay. Ideally I'd like to split a room with someone who has a room with two Doubles and only needs one. I will pay for half of the room price.

It is always announced at the event, but it is usually the same weekend the following year, just subscribe this thread and you will see the announcement.

Hello - I live in Chicago so don't need a hotel. I'd love to attend my first Chicago Seminar. I'm 1K on United for the last couple of years (but will not make it this year) and have benefited from the FlyerTalk community's advice in so many ways - advice on at least 10 credit card bonuses, suggestions for actual mileage run itineraries I've booked and flown, etc. Would love to meet kindred spirits and learn more tips. Thanks for considering transferring your ticket to me if you can't make it! Judy
