On BoardingArea's duplicate posts

I mean... do bloggers there not read the website? I read the website because I want a quick summary of the credit/miles game everyday as I don't want to dig through the boards. I am surprised by how exactly the same a lot of the posts are. I'm on the verge just completely giving up on that website and just stick with TPG for breaking news.

Insert shaking head smilies here.

Since the Travel News forum's description is

Link to and discuss the latest travel news articles
and since there is no link to a published general travel news story, and the op's post appears to concern external resources, I will move this to a more appropriate venue where the mods may determine if that is the best fit.

First off, not all of us read BoardingArea. That said, I do get e mails from select BA bloggers that interest me. You may want to do that. It will cut down much of (but not all) of the repetition.

I suggest adding Daraius and gleff to your readings.

This is a 'known bug.'

I put the blogs I respect on my FB feed. That way i get a summary, can click on if it interests, and can also easily ignore.

Right now the only BA blogger I actually pay attention to is One Mile At A Time, mostly for the trip reports. Other info is 99% of the time useless to me.

It seems that Gary has joined MMS in writing multi-part trip reports.

Those are the days I take off from reading.

I'd rather spend all of my time frustrated here on FT than trust an amateur like TPG who blogs under the guise of a points and miles expert.
