Reliability of Availability Shown Online
Hi all,
I travel this route (JFK>TPE) often with miles but am trying to use EVA's own website for the first time to redeem award flights. A few questions for those who are familiar with their program:
1) When you transfer from Citi, are the transfers instantaneous? If not, how long do the transfers take?
2) If the EVA website shows availability for award travel, is it reliable information or are their systems similar to AC's with a lot of phantom availability.
3) Is it better to book over the phone or online?
