EVA still overflying Russia?
I'm just curious. When I've flown between JFK-TPE, the flights went over Russia's far east (but clearly avoided Chinese airspace). Has EVA made any alterations to its flight path given the ongoing war? Anyone know or have recent flight experience?

Not related to JFK flight specifically but flights to Europe are taking southern route via China and Central Asia instead of going around China and over Russia.

Looks like BR 87 only had one altered flight on February 27 avoiding Russia.
The BR 31 JFK->TPE flights are still flying over Russia. BR 32 TPE->JFK haven't been flying over Russia for many weeks likely due to jet streams.

I just played around with it a bit and checked out what's up with LY (El Al). I see their flight from Bangkok is currently over Oman heading toward Saudi airspace - neat little data point there.
