Lost Credit Card- EVA Air

Lost Credit Card- EVA Air

So, unfortunately I just lost my credit card that I used to purchase 2 tickets for the end of December. I made the purchase in July. I want to know if anyone has any experience with EVA Air and there policy around this? This is my first time flying with EVA so I’m not sure what to do. I am planning on getting a new card and hopefully it’ll come in time but I don’t know what to the company will do. Any ideas?? Thank you

Just call. There is always a workaround. It may involve showing the new card at a ticket counter or faxing in a copy. But, the key is not to wait until the day of your flight, just in case the card is required.

Remember that when you lose your card, your account is not closed, it is simply a new card number. Any merchant vendor can call the card issuer and confirm that the new number relates to the same account as the card originally used.
