Booking keeps disappearing for EVA RL seats for August 9th
Having the strangest time with my EVA legs for my RL booking. It keeps disappearing. Flight is KUL-TPE-ORD-PDX. The united segment seems to hold but I had to call 3 times in the past 3 days to get it back. The keep disappearing and then the seat assignment is not selected or the meal selection.
I have flown this route many times on EVA , NH, and this is the first time the award flights keep disappearing
Anyone else have that problem before.
