Hello!
I’m doing some early-stage research for a small prototype tool related to European rail travel, and I’m hoping to get input from people who regularly take cross-border or multi-operator train journeys.
The goal isn't to replace national operator apps or deal with ticketing, but to understand where travellers struggle with information gaps: delays, connections, operator handoffs, real-time updates, etc. I know many FlyerTalk members have substantial experience with rail across Europe, so your perspectives would be extremely helpful.
I’ve put together a short 3-minute survey. It’s anonymous unless you choose to leave an email for possible follow-up questions.

If this isn’t appropriate for the forum, I’m happy for the thread to be moved or removed.
Otherwise, I’d really appreciate any insights from the community here.
Thanks!
