Freccia lounge on arrival?

The website deals with "waiting for your train." We're arriving at Firenze S.M.N. from Munich, changing in Bologna, so only the last half-hour in Executive. Can we be admitted to the lounge without payment?

From the Trenitalia conditions of use:

My translation: holders of a Trenitalia 'executive' or 'Salottino AV' (I believe the 8-seater conference room?) can enter the Freccialounge in the four hours prior to the departure of their train and in the hour after the arrival of their train.

Having said that, the Freccia lounges are rather meh. I'd rather get out and reach my hotel/destination. Definitely the food will be better outside.
