Is Semi-Flex Thalys ticket upgradeable?

In October I'll be travelling from Amsterdam to Brussels by Thalys. At present, the difference between Comfort 1 and Comfort 2 tickets is only 5 Euro.

However, my employer reimburses only Comfort 2 tickets. My plan was therefore to get a semi-flex Comfort 2 ticket, print out the PDF of the tickets, and then immediately upgrade them to Comfort 1.

My question is: I know semi-flex tickets are changeable. Are they also upgradeable?

Thanks!

on the train its very hard or impossible because the have "no free seating".
You need a Seat Reservation for quite all Seats.
If you Ticket allow it you must pay the difference between your Ticket and a full fare 1Class Ticket.
Tomorrow a 1Class Ticket would cost 111 € for you route.

EDIT:

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
Take the "Thalys the Card": https://www.thalys.com/de/en/loyalty-programme
With that you have FREE Lounge Acces in Austria!

I'm not sure if I was clear enough. I'm planning to buy a ticket now, for travel two months ahead; and get it exchanged immediately.

No need for The Card, I take Thalys about twice a year and I have all the lounge access I want with NS Business Card...
