Zurich third week in March
We have been to Zurich several times over the past few years, and seen many of the important attractions in the city.
We will be staying 3 nights and 2 full days in Zurich in the third week of March.
The question is what can we do in terms of tours/attractions outside of the city around that time.
Can one ski in Zurich, outside of Zurich, or some distance from Zurich, around that period of time? We have never gone skiing in Switzerland.

Flumserberg, about 1 hour from Zurich or direct by train S Bahn 2.
Oberägeri, about 50 mins from Zurich.
Flims Laax, great ski area, about 1,5 hour from Zurich.

But there's great skiing (for all abilities) about 90 minutes from there.
Flims Laax (by rail & Postal Bus via Chur) and Davos (by rail) are my suggestions.

During the second half of March, is there enough snow for skiing, outside of Zurich?
Whether the answer is yes or no, what are day (sightseeing) trips outside of Zurich that one would advise, at that time of year?
