Rome or Florence - Fluff and Fold?

Rome or Florence - Fluff and Fold?
Hello All,
I thought I would take a shot at asking if anyone knows of a "Fluff and Fold" I could find in either Rome or Florence? For those that don't know, a "Fluff and Fold" is a place that does your regular laundry for you. Typically its either a cleaners that charges by the pound, or a laundromat where they have an employee you can drop off your clothes with who will do it for you...
I am not sure how to even ask for that once I am in Italy. Also not sure if this is the correct forum for this topic?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
