For comfort, get the AF bus direct.
For speed/reliability, get RER line B to Antony, then change to the Orlyval (automatic express service direct to the ORY terminals).
There are quite a few of the cheap chain hotels (the Formule 1, Etap and clones) around the airports, but they tend to be inaccessible without private transport, which is annoying. If you do a search on http://www.accor.com/ for 'Roissy' and 'Orly', you should get an idea.
