Observation deck?

Observation deck?
Does anybody know if there is an observation deck open to the public at ZRH? I'm planning to take some pictures of aircrafts on my layover in the morning. I will be arriving on SWISS and would probably hang around at the F/C lounge. Any good views from that area?

Swiss F lounge (terminal A): good observation possibilities of the Tarmac, not much from the C-lounge
There is an observation deck open to the general public (outside the transit area), accessible for a fee.
