Mapquest equivalent for europe?
I am staying at the Hilton in Innsbruck on an award and am looking for a website similar to Mapquest to find driving distances and driving times to various locations in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, etc. Does this exist?

Hi Schutzee,
I had posted on a thread in TravelBuzz with a similar question and got several recommendations. Read this thread titled MAPS--Best Website.

For the UK try http://www.theaa.com and click on Route Planner
Was great when I was driving around the Midlands - much better directions than Mapquest

Yahoo Maps also features pull down tab for country: UK, FRANCE, SPAIN, ITALY, GERMANY, CANADA.
Just this month, I stumbled upon Mappy (www.mappy.com), which has a number of great features, including aerial photos and interactive mouse stuff (drag along a road to see where the turns are, etc.).
I used this very successfully to find where to drop a rental car in Grossetto, Italy.
