Cheap accommodation in Amsterdam
I am thinking just 2 or 3 days in AMS and I was thinking the possibilities of staying in a B&B. Can anyone tell me about the possibilities of finding cheap ones?

Near the train station is a office that will help you find accomodation in the price / type that you want. They will then call, make the reservation, and tell you how to get there. It will cost a few Euro for the service, but worth it.
