Greece PLF on same day of travel posssible?

Morning, About to book a flight LHR-CFU for 15;00 today, then realised a PLF is needed. However the PLF won't allow todays date. I'd rather not get refused boarding at LHR this afternoon. Any suggestions / workarounds I could try in order to get on that plane?
Thank you all

Welcome to FlyerTalk, VinceP!

According to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office travel advice:
  • If you travel to Greece, you will need to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) at least 24 hours before travel. Failure to do so in advance may result in your carrier not allowing you to travel, a 500 Euro fine on arrival or the Greek authorities not allowing you to enter the country.

Also please check this thread:
Should the airline inform you about PFL requirement to enter Greece?

You can't. You won't be allowed to board without the QR code, and you must apply by midnight the previous day Greek time.

Misco is correct.
Heading home from LHR now after being denied.
Gotta love BA customer services. Even made them double check what they told me prior to buying the ticket.

That's such a shame. Did BA rebook you or did you forfeit the cost of the ticket?

When you started the thread you said you were "about to book a flight". Why did you go ahead and book it even after reading for yourself that you needed a PLF and having it confirmed in this thread? Did BA tell you otherwise?

The BA forum thread that generally addresses Greek PLF issues is here:
Greece - individual or family PLF for BA?

I booked because BA told me otherwise. I even made the call handler double check. I took the gamble knowing incompetence might rule so not greatly surprised. BA issued refund for tickets.

Couldn’t you just travel the next day?
