It says TAV operation services, so I assume that TAV is keeping the same sort of lounge deal such as the Millenium lounge, etc that they currently operate at IST for a variety of airlines. It is not the TK lounge, I have not seen any recent renderings and it is my understanding that it currently consists of unfinished walls and concrete flooring.
As for the pictures, seems to me that certain areas are getting a ton of attention, and others none at all, meaning that this will be the "opening" walk through in a couple of days time..........
