Stroller friendly

id like to visit Europe with wife and 1 year old in March. Looking for suggestions for stroller friendly cities. I just watched a video on Greek island and it looked very stroller unfriendly.

Just went to turkey and Italy last few years so both are out.

It does depend on which Greek island, some are pretty much flat and easy to push babies around on, others approach the vertical with lots of steps.

Well, I can't think of a single Greek island, which isn't mountainous or hilly. Of course, individual towns and/or cities on islands can be flat.
