Advice needed on Schengen entry
my wife is Russian I am English and my wife has obtained her 2nd Schengen visa that was applied for through Spain, and people say that you should make spain your 1st point of entry into Europe , but she is flying into uk tomorrow and I would like to drive form uk to Italy and leave our car at my summer home then fly from Italy to spain for a vacation to see my mother that live there , is that possible or would she get in trouble when she replays for another visa ??? can any one help

But the thrust of the advice is accurate: provided your visa was issued by the country in which you will stay the longest you have complied with the rules. If you are questioned on arrival in another country (in your case probably France if you are driving to Italy) you just inform the immigration official that you are in transit to Spain. They may ask for proof of your travel plans - but that has never happened to me.

The advice given in Post 3 is sound.
The rule is that you should obtain your visa from your main destination or from your first point of entry if there is no main destination (e.g. you are touring, or you are spending equal amounts of time in two or more countries).
